Delivery

At Feathers Factory Outlet, we do our best to dispatch all available items to you within 48 hours of receiving your order. Once dispatched please allow 48 hours for receipt of your order. If something is particularly urgent e.g. for a show, please email or call us on 098 28874 and we will do our absolute utmost to get it dispatched urgently.

Out of Stock Items

Here at Feathers Factory Outlet our website is live; this means that generally only items in stock appear for sale. In the unlikely event that an item from your order is unavailable, we will dispatch those goods that are in stock and inform you of the expected date for subsequent deliveries. If an item that is out of stock is part of a set, we will hold the matching item until the entire set is available and post to you at no extra charge. We will also endeavour to inform you immediately of any shortages.

Force Majeure

Feathers Factory Outlet shall not be liable for any delay, failure, suspension or termination of delivery of any product or service arising out of a force majeure event. A force majeure event shall include, without limitation, failure of infrastructure, government intervention, wars, civil commotion, hijacking, fire, flood, accident, storm, strikes, lockouts, terrorist attacks, or industrial action affecting Feathers Factory Outlet or its suppliers, service providers, partners or agents.

Returns

If, for any reason, you wish to return or exchange an item, please return within 14 days to Feathers Factory Outlet, The Demesne, New Road, Westport, Co. Mayo.

All items must be in pristine condition with all tags and labels still attached. There are some items which  are unsuitable for returns for health and hygiene reasons(unless faulty) including pillows, duvets, toppers, mattress and pillow protectors.

All returns are at the buyers expense. We recommend you use recorded delivery, as proof of postage is not proof of receipt. Replacement items will also incur carriage charge which must be paid prior to dispatch of new goods.

Refunds & Exchanges

Please include a completed note with the reason for return, your name address & telephone number and/or the product information for the exchange. Feathers Factory Outlet reserves the right to refuse any returns where it is apparent that this requirement has not been met. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that an item reaches you in less than perfect condition, or fails in any way to meet your high standard of expectation; we will refund you, or replace the item for you. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving the item and it should be returned to us as soon as possible in its original packaging and with all labels and inserts still intact.

Please note: products filled with Feather and Down may retain a natural “odour”, or even absorb other odours , if you find this has happened and is unpleasant, the product can be washed on a delicate cycle using gentle liquid detergent, but be sure to dry thoroughly to remove all moisture and prevent mould.

Certain fabrics reflect light differently depending on lighting conditions, resulting in apparent colour variations shown in the catalogue and on the website. Therefore, colours depicted should be used only as a guide.

Delivery

Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return, however, if an exchange is required, due to change of mind or incorrect size, you will be charged at cost for the delivery of the new product.

Sale of Goods

Any and all contracts for sale of goods between Feathers Factory Outlet and yourself will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of Ireland, and you and Feathers Factory Outlet irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts. You have 7 days to cancel any order that has not been dispatched. Providing the order has not been dispatched, you will not be charged for any postage.
